SherWeb Launches New CRM for Small Business
SHERBROOKE, April 12, 2019 – SherWeb, a leading provider of cloud services, has launched Nimble CRM, a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool designed for small business.
Cyril Courrée, Product Manager at SherWeb, said the company wanted to offer a CRM solution that would be easier for its small business clients to set up and use.
“A lot of CRM solutions on the market right now are too complicated and expensive for our SMB clients. For example, Dynamics 365 can cost up to $200 a user each month (depending on the plan), compared with about $20 a month for Nimble CRM. This is also a great opportunity for our MSPs and resellers to add a new product to their portfolio and stay competitive.”
Tracks All Sales Opportunities
Businesses use CRM systems to store customer and prospect data in one central location. The CRM also tracks customer interactions and sales opportunities and shares this information with all employees on a central dashboard.
